The rebound in the economy is bringing more customers into Minnesota’s restaurants–but the lack of workers is making it hard for restaurants to benefit from the boom. Even the most popular restaurants report that they’re having trouble finding cooks and cashiers. Some restaurants are cutting hours or even implementing weekday closings to cope, according to the Star Tribune.
