Cooks, cashiers and dishwashers are being bused to Target Field in Minneapolis from as far away as Chicago, according to Twin Cities Business. Delaware North Sportservice, which runs the concessions, pays for transportation and lodging in addition to workers’ part-time wages. Job fairs scheduled later this month are designed to attract local workers.
